About David Oser

- David Oser is ShoreBank’s Chief Investment Officer and Chief Economist. He is an Executive Vice President and a member of ShoreBank’s executive management team. He chairs the Bank’s Risk Management Committee. David has been employed by ShoreBank since 1976, during which time the bank has grown from less than $100 million to more than $2.3 billion in total assets. He manages fixed income investment portfolios for ShoreBank and its affiliates as well as for outside institutional clients, and has more than $700 million in assets under his management. David has consulted and spoken extensively in the U.S. and abroad. He is a director of Kashf Microfinance Bank in Lahore, Pakistan. He received a BA from Carleton College and an MA from the University of Chicago.
